Let's Get Sketchy and Blurred Photos

Hi and Happy New Year to you. Let's Get Sketchy is having fun today with blurred photos. We all have some of those .. and when it is the best you have to recreate memories you should use them. They still tell the story. Like these blurred diving photos are my GD's first practice dive meet. We weren't supposed to take photos so I was way back and hiding the camera the best I could as to not get caught. For this project I used MME on the Sunny Side.

 This close up shows paint splatter, Robins Nest Dew Drops, corner cluster, chevron border, chipboard accents and some stitching.

This close up highlights a small section of Kreaxions Punched  #909 border, brad accents, twine, buttons, chipboard accents and some stitching.

The last close up details the hexagon pieces all inked edges and lots of the page accents.

After Holiday Blues

Hi .. I am so excited to share the projects you can make with this

amazing Square 1 Masterpiece Product.

I used the 8 1/2" x 11" sheets of printable, repostitionable and removeable paper

I created and printed the above decorator sheet.

This is a plate that sits on my mantel as is all year round but I take them

down at xmas to decorate it with xmas pieces.

I was thinking about this new product and what it could do

so I could use these plates all year round with new accents on them...

and I could take it off and reuse it every year.

I needed a centre circle piece to cover this metal plate and the outer ring was

 perfect fit for the snowflakes I printed to go all the way around the edges.

Here is the centre piece cut and placed into the centre section..

and below is the plate with the added snowflakes.

Here is my finsihed plate that will last through the winter months as the

perfect decor for the season. It looks beautiful on my brick mantelpiece.

My Scraps and More Sketchy Blog

Using the fabulous sketches at My Scraps and More Sketchy Blog I created some fun pages.

The one above I used Dream Street Papers, some Bo Bunny, Imaginisce and Pebbles Inc. I fussy cut and popped some pieces, did some stitching, added some Robin's Nest Dew Drops and Studio G glitter glue.

For this page using the sketch below I used Echo Park - For the Record papers, stickers and accents.

I added some stitching, doodled with white gel pen, added buttons and some brads.
