 Today  I would like to share with you a card. I made this one for my Mum's Birthday and 

I wanted to have a classic look but still with happy bright colours.

I have sponged the background in Peacock Feathers distress ink, and layered the Memory Box Elliana Background Die cut on top.

I have started using Neenah cardstock for just about everything and love the results.

The poppy stamps are from Indigo Blue Poppycock set, (which Bec can pre-order for you) and

these have been coloured with Copic Markers.

The "for you" sentiment is for Lawn Fawn and is from the Gleeful Gardens set stamped onto the Lawn Fawn Everyday Sentiments Banners  die cut.

Flower Festival CAS with Lou

Hi, Lou here today to share a Clean and Simple but effective card with you.

I normally do layered cards with a cute image in the middle and I would say that cute and layered is definitely my "style".  However sometimes the person or mail restrictions just don't lend themselves to a frou frou card.

This is when CAS cards come into their own for me.

I decided that a simple but pretty Thank You card was what was required for this post.

So here it is....

I have used Flower Festival by Penny Black for the image,the set has a lovely selection of flowers to choose from.  Since I adore yellow I chose the marigolds. I stamped the image onto Neenah Cardstock and coloured it up with Shimmering H2O watercolours.

The die I used is similar to the Frantic Stamper Accessory Words #3 die.

I popped up the butterfly with some foam tape to finish.

I hope I have inspired you to try something different and ste out of your comfort zone.

Hush Little Bunny

The wonderful collection of Gorjuss Girl stamps available from the store are just perfect to stamp out and have some colouring fun.

 I have used coloured pencils for this image called Hush Little Bunny and have decorated the card with mulberry paper flowers and lace. Have you had a chance to use any of these images yet?

Hi everyone.

Just popping in today to share with you my latest card.

I have used a stamp from Gorjuss -  "I Gave You My Heart"  which is unfortunately not listed in the store at the moment but may still be available if you wish it to be ordered in for you.  There are however lots of other Gorjuss Stamps listed in store at the moment.  The stamp has been coloured with Copic Markers.

I have stamped the image onto a Memory Box Die base frame called Cherise Label and then matched it with its matching die,  Tiffany Frame.  Both of these dies are old releases.

The bling accents, patterned paper and flowers are from Card Embellishment Kit no 8, which is currently out of stock but should be back soon.  The Hello Sentiment is a die  from Penny Black.
