160!

Time for another sketch!
Some measurements:
  • Standard card: 4.25x5.5
  • The main panel: 4.25x3
  • Top strip: 1.25x5.5
  • Sentiment Panel: use your sentiment as the guideline. I stamped the greeting on white cardstock, adhered it the next layer, then trimmed it.
Here's my take on the sketch. I was wanting something bright and cheerful.

Paper: Tempting Turquoise, White, Simply Chartreuse, Melon Mambo

159

Hello! Time for another sketch!
When I started playing around, I found that I could only really get it to work by changing the card to 4x6, instead of the standard 4.25x5.5. It still follows the sketch, it just gives a bit more length to work with. The only other measurement to note is the bottom panel, which is 1.5 x4.
I also wasn't intending on making a winter-y card, it just kind of happened. The last few days have been chillier, but it's supposed to be back to the low to mid 20s this weekend!
Supplies:
Stamps: Peace Be Still
Ink: Cool Caribbean, Bermuda Bay, White
Paper: Cool Caribbean, Bermuda Bay, White
Accessories, etc: Ribbon, Snowflake die, pearls, foam tape, white embossing powder
As always, if you play along, feel free to link your project below!

FTL158

I hope everyone has had a great weekend... I enjoyed some time in my craft space on Friday night, some time with friends on Saturday night and have done some work while watching a movie today.  All in all, a pretty good weekend!

When I saw the sketch for this week I knew I wanted to do my main image white on black...not sure about the pop of colour though....
