I had high hopes for this card... but I think I should have done something with the white space. I couldn't leave it all white so I added the twine.... I don't think it was the right "fix"....

Happy About FTL201
Hi friends. Can you believe Natasha has created for us over 200 wonderful sketches?! She deserves a hug for that. I love them all and this is no different. However, my stamped background, I made a long time ago and don't remember the colors that I used but it looks like one of them is obvious Basic black with ribbon, my sentiment has a little bling to it with the glitter that I so subtly used. I'm pretty sure that the panel is stamped with Wisteria Wonder and Pretty in Pink onto Whisper White card stock with a Basic Black base. I heat embossed the sentiment by mixing black embossing powder and adding a little glitter to it. My image/sentiment panel is adhered to a piece of Wisteria Wonder. I then finished the card off with Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon.
Thank you for visiting us today and I hope that you enjoy this card.

201!
Good evening!
Sorry, the post is a touch later than usual. I've been having somewhat of a busy week and then I came down with a very annoying summer cold. I actually made this card the other day, I just forgot to photograph and get my post ready early, oops!
The sketch is a lot simpler than last week's! I don't have any measurements for you, this could easily be a one-layer card. I think my main image panel was 4x5-1/4.
Here's my take. I thought about keeping all that white space as solid white space, but I decided to make it into a starry background instead. The yellow on the white is fairly subtle.
Supplies:
Stamps: Super Star, Star Prints, Outline Alphabet
Ink: Harvest Gold, Rich Cocoa
Paper: Dark Chocolate, Harvest Gold, White
If you play along, please leave a link to your post!

#200!!
WOW! 200 Sketches! Way to go Natasha!!!
I had a tough time with this one at first... I don't know why, but it challenged me. First I was going to use stamps, but even with my various stamp positioners, I wasn't happy with it. Then I was going to use flowers but I couldn't find enough of any colour or colour combination in my stash. So then I moved to buttons.
And, in exciting news, I used Washi tape for the first time!!! That's the polka dot layer...
I'm glad I didn't give up on this sketch as I like the card I ended up creating!

Main Panel: 5x5
Main Panel Frame: 5-1/8x5-1/8

Supplies:
Stamps: Dot Spot, Think Big #13
Ink: Pure Poppy, Summer Sunrise, Orange Zest, Craft Chocolate Chip
Paper: Summer Sunrise, White, Pure Poppy, Dark Chocolate
Accessories, etc.: Eyelets, Embossing Powder
As always if you play along, feel free to leave a link to your project.

FTL199
Well, the layoff from work has not translated in to a bunch of time spent creating. I was laid off on June 13th and today was the first time I actually ventured down to my creative space during the day! But hey, I did make two cards. There might be more this afternoon after a lunch date with my hubby.
The sketch this week is so awesome... I created a on layer card, but it would have been easy to add a few layers and interest if you wanted to...
I am loving what I am seeing from what *you* have created!!!!!
