There's a great range of cute teddies on the Pink Gem website - I chose 'Teddy With Christmas Tree' which you can find here.  The papers I've used are from a Lili of the Valley pad and I've layered them with silver paper.  To finish the card I've used some some silver Hobby House pearls.

New Nutcrafters Challenge and a Brand New Website

The new challenge on the Nutcrafters blog started last week - I'm a bit late with my card this time!  Our theme is 'add some texture' and you can find all the details of the challenge and see the cards from the rest of the Design Team here on the challenge blog.

The brand new Nutcrafters website is also now online and you can find it here - there are lots of great digis on the website and some limited edition stamps will be added soon too.  Plus there's a special 15% discount and a free digi called 'Happy Days' - I've used it to make my card for this challenge!

My 'texture' is a strip of embossed card across the middle of the card - I used my Swiss Dots embossing folder.

New Sticker Sheets from Little Claire and a Chance to Win!

A gorgeous new collection of sticker sheets has just been released by Little Claire and today I'm sharing some cards that I've made with the sheets.  The sheets are really useful if you want to make a quick card plus they are great for colouring in - the raised design makes them easier to colour than stamped designs.

First of all is the 'Butterfly Blossom' sticker sheet which is available here on the Little Claire website:

You can make at least 3 cards from this sheet and there are sentiments on there as well as the pictures.  You can see the card I've made using the sheet at the top of this post.

Next a card that I made using the 'Dachshunds' sticker sheet which you can find here:

This sheet has cute little paw prints and bones on it as well as the main images and sentiments.

And finally a card made with the 'Dragonflies' sticker sheet which you can find here:

I've also used some of the Glitter Sparkle Sheet over the coloured off sticker - it works really well with the sticker sheets because they have a good dark outline.

There's a chance to win all 9 of the new sticker sheets over on the Little Claire Blog here - Gill has shared her scariest spider moment and would like you to do the same to be in with a chance of winning!

I'd like to enter my cards in the following challenges:

Tuesday Throwdown - 'glitz and glimmer' (third card)
Great Impressions - 'leave a little sparkle' (third card)
Sister Act Card Challenge - 'anything goes' (first card)
Crafty Catz Weekly Challenge - 'say it with flowers' (first card)
That Craft Place Blog Challenge - 'flowers' (first card)
Oldie But a Goodie Challenge - 'butterflies' (first card - paper is more than 6 months old)
Card Crafter's Circle - 'happy birthday' (second card)

Little Claire Get Into Shape Class - Part 2

Today I'm sharing the other three cards I designed for my Little Claire 'Get Into Shape' class last weekend.

First of all we made a step card (above) using 'Daisy Campervan' which you can find here on the Little Claire website.  I made the card base from a piece white card which was scored and folded to form the 'steps'.

Next a joyfold card made using the 'Made for Men' stamp set which you can find here and one of the 'Dictionary Definitions' stamps which you can find here.  Again this card was made from two pieces of white card - one folded to C6 size and the other folded to a smaller size to make the smaller card flap.

I'd like to enter my cards in the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp - 'anything goes' (second card)
Passion for Promarkers - 'name that tune' (first card - 'We're All Going on a Summer Holiday')
Lexi's Creations - 'summer holidays' (first card)
Eureka Stamps - 'summer time fun' (first card)
ART Challenge - 'anything goes' (second card)
Aud Sentiments Challenge Blog - 'summer' (first card)
Paper Crafting Journey - 'anything but square' (first card)
Creative Creations Challenge - 'shaped cards' (second card)
Whoopsi Daisy Challenge '3D creations' (first card)
