New Challenge Blog - Where the HeART Is ...


There's a brand new challenge blog starting on 7 September and I'm going to be part of the Design Team!

There are going to be two teams on the Challenge Blog - a mixed media team and a card team.  I'll be part of the card team.

New Fantasy Stampers Challenge - The Colour Purple

New Magazine from Little Claire!


The first edition of the new magazine from Little Claire has just been launched and I'm very excited to be part of the team behind it!

It's a full colour magazine containing projects and ideas plus a gorgeous free stamp and project ideas to make with the stamp.  You can find all the details here on the Little Claire website.

You can see the very cute stamp that comes free with the magazine at the top of the post and this is my card made with the stamp:


There are step by step instructions for making the card and two other projects using it made by Diane and Heidi.  I also have another project in the magazine and I will share that very soon!

Imagine That Weekly Inspiration - Joyous Reindeer!


This is my weekly inspiration card for Imagine That Digis by Kris and yes, I've made another Christmas card!

This time I've used the very cute 'Joyous Reindeer' digi stamp set which you can find here on the Imagine That website.  I've used red gingham and kraft paper together with some holly paper and have finished the card with some Card Candi.

I've made something a bit different for my card - no Promarkers in sight!

I used my Memory Box butterfly die to cut the aperture out of the pink patterned paper and then cut another butterfly out of white card and placed that inside the aperture.  The sentiment I've used is from the Little Claire Dinkies Text 'Sending Smiles' set which is here on their website.

Deedee's Digis - Digi of the Month


Time completely got away from me last month and I missed entering the Digi of the Month Challenge at Deedee's Digis so I'm really lucky that this month is a 'free for all' and I was able to download the Christmas basket digi free of charge - thank you!

I've coloured the digi with Promarkers and used some paper from an old Dovecraft paper pack split into three panels.  I finished it with some punched snowflakes and gems plus a peel off sentiment.
