Game Controller (Green)

 Another card I made that’s sitting in my drafts till it’s been delivered. I picked up the game controller dies from MFT at Sandown and the Birthday sentiment die is unbranded but I think it could be Penny Black.

The background I made myself after watching a reel on Instagram, you use circle punches or dies of different sizes and use it as a stencil. I then used some old Stampin Up stamps. 

It was while making this card MFT opened the vault and re-released some dies including a headphone die so I had to get it.

Birthday Pup

 I’ve been making cards with lots of white space so I’m really not sure I like this card. The dog image is Penny Black. The papers Doodlebug and my favourite scallop border die from Lawn Fawn but so old now I not sure it available. The stars are Simon says Stamp and the sentiment is Creative Expression layered twice to help it stand out.

My daughter has now had her first vaccination and my son who had to wait two weeks after surgery has booked his in for Saturday.

Penny Black Mice

 Finally loaded Blogger with some photos of cards, yes they may be quick and easy ones like this Penny Black one. It’s a fairly large stamp and I forgotten how cute these  mice are. The sentiment is Penny Black too.

Hoping to get to the craft room today although will be thinking about my son who is having yet another surgery on his knee.

Boys Thank You Card

 I’m hoping this card I posted is now where it’s suppose to go now. I thought it would be nice to receive something in the post for a little chap missing his friends at school instead of a thank you over the phone.

Another Penny Black dog stamp, can’t remember whose paper but the sentiment is Simon says Stamp and the grass die is an old MFT one.

Hope everyone is Ok just wishing for some sunshine all we have had are dark, dank days.

Laughing Dog

 I’ve eased myself into cardmaking by making a simple card. I need a dog image for another card so I found my Penny Black ones and stamped a few.

Luckily the dog I had in mind was mainly white it didn’t need much colouring, this one didn’t get use which is why it’s so simple. I just used Simon says Stamp Wonky Rectanngles, found an old Paper Smooches stamp set with the fun sentiment on. The stars are the waste from Falling Stars background die.

Snowy

 I love Penny Black Snowy snowman and I even have the matching die which is where I found the snowflakes die I’ve been using.

I’d cheated with the body and didn’t bother to colour any shading and I paper pieced the hat and scarf and used my flower soft and fun flock for the brim and bobble.

Made a winter scene with slopes and hills and birch trees. Finished off with snowflakes and a sentiment.

It’s been a funny week so far and now we go into lockdown 2, let’s hope it works and get to enjoy Christmas with our families.

Robins

I had this idea since I saw the sketch some weeks ago on Freshly Made sketch but if I’m honest doesn’t quite work out. I really needed to forget the sketch and centre my robins in the middle of the card.

The Robins are are from a Penny Black clear set quite old now but love cute birds. They are standing on a Memory Box branch die and decorated with a holly punch. Sentiment really old Stamping Up stamp set.
