Anything Goes !!

Its getting a wee bit nippy and with the clock going back its feeling more like winter !!

So time for more crafting so what about joining us at House Mouse and Friends for another fun challenge !!

My two are really pooped out after putting up all the decorations !!

Making Cards

I really have enjoyed the free papers and stamps from Making Cards magazine just lately !! This months is a Christmas edition with fab Winter Friends stamps ( just wish they had been a bit bigger ) and free Christmas Posy papers.

For my first card I've made a raised round frame for my fox and coloured him using copic pens.Fussy cut out some of the elements and glazed the berries. Added sparkle with stickles.

 
For my next card I cut a round aperture in the centre of my card base, lined the inside with the free papers and added a moon. On the front of the card I made a snow bank from strips of white card for the animals to sit on, all fussy cut out and also coloured in using copic pens.

Still got loads of papers left and images so now working on my third card so watch this space !!

Close to Nature

 Just had to join in the Penny Black and More challenge when I saw its theme "Close To Nature". Seeing I love making up little scenes with my stamps this was the challenge for me !!

 

I don't have many Penny Black stamps so used a set of stamps by Lindsay Mason and the sentiment stamp I had in my stash. Just made a background using distress inks and some water, then stamped all the images and sentiment. Finished off with some sparkle using Stickles and a bit of chnky white Frantage.
