Friday Freebie at Bugaboo

Yey It is Friday and Super Bowl weekend and for the fans of Walking Dead a marathon on Sunday (season 1 & 2) and then one week until the Season resumes. I am just giddy. And on top of all that Jodie has this adorable image for you. It makes me sad that Valentines Day falls on the 14th because it is such a short amount of time to make cards with all the great images out there. Check out the Bugaboo Store for some fun Valentines and grab your Freebie while you are there. And don't forget to head over to the Bugaboo Challenge Blog to see what the girls have to share today.
For my card today I scrap lifted this layout idea from Charmaine over at Oodabug Alley. I just love her work. For my card I used papers from a new Recollections Paper Pad (Michaels) and colored the image with my Copics.
I used Stickles to add some glitz and don't you just love the Heart.
And then there is the inside ready for a greeting for your special Valentine.
I hope you all have a Great Weekend.

New Release At Bugaboo

Good Morning All. I'm late this morning because I fell asleep in the chair watching TV last night, woke up around midnight and stumbled off to bed. And then I slept in. Wow! It was a long week for me last week and my body must be playing catch-up.
So on to the New Release At Bugaboo this week. What a fun little anniversary or Valentines card.
I used papers from s.e.i. that I have had forever as well as the background circle that is fussy cut from a digital kit that I have. The background paper is a piece of Wasau metallic that I ran through my bigshot using this great heart folder.

I colored the image with Copics and then on the bodies I took a clear Copics and made the texture on the nut shell just by dabbing all around. Very subtle but effective.
And inside the card.
So head on over to the Bugaboo Challenge Blog to see what the Design Team has to share and then run to the Bugaboo Store to grab one for yourself.
Have a great day everyone.

Friday Freebie At Bugaboo

Today Jodie has a stack of cupcakes ready for you. This is the final day of the Birthday Week celebrations over at Bugaboo and today because Bugaboo is Four the challenge is to use 4 of something. 4 buttons, 4 flowers, 4 rhinestones, you understand. The design team have some great examples over at the Bugaboo Challenge Blog so don't forget to head over there and check them out.

For my project today I colored the stack of cupcakes with Copics and then added some Glossy Effects to add some shine.  The papers are from GED Studios. I picked this pad up at JoAnn's. I just love the colors.
Lots of shine here today.
And inside the card...ready for a greeting.
I will be picking the winner of the image that I used on my card for the Blog Hop last Saturday later on today so check back to see if it is YOU! I have gotten so many great comments this week from all you Bugaboo fans ands I really appreciate them. Thank You All!  And have a great day.

A Fun Color Challenge At Bugaboo

Happy Birthday To Bugaboo! So the week long Celebration over at Bugaboo Challenge Blog continues and today is a COLOR challenge. And how about those colors? Very fun.

You need to head over to the Bugaboo Challenge Blog to see what the Designers have to share today and to read up on all the Rules for this weeks Birthday Challenges. There is also a list of all the Prizes that are up for grabs.
For my card today I used the image Birthday Penguin-Cupcake and colored it with Copics. The papers are from a Colorbok pad and some fun glitter paper and metallic paper. It makes it all very shiny.
Look at all that shine. The cupcake is really more of a hot pink color but I can't for the life of me get that fixed in my photoshop. I have to work on that.
And inside. Ready for your greeting.
I hope you all have a great day and for those of you that have the day off for Martin Luther King Day have an extra happy day.
