Heart & Home Challenge #413

Hi Everyone!
We have a new challenge this week!  The theme is Heart & Home, simply put you need to have a heart and a home on your creation.  I love fall and living in Arizona we don't really have four seasons. I have to get creative and transform the inside of my home.  I add pumpkins, fall decorations, cinnamon spice candles and pinecones.  I love my house during the fall season! Challenge #412 - "Leaf" It to Me

Happy Wednesday, friends! It's Kate here and I'm thrilled to be hosting this week's challenge. Our fall leaves are a bit behind schedule this year but colours are starting to come. I thought that I would name this challenge "Leaf" It to Me - and I'd like to see leaves on your projects this week!

This little mouse image is one of the very first clear stamps that I ever purchased. I just fell in love with the characters on the "Harvest Mouse" set from My Favorite Things and thought this little guy playing in his pile of leaves would be perfect for the challenge.

Challenge # 411 - Distress It!

Happy Wednesday, all! This week the challenge is "Distress It" which mean we want to see distressing on your project. It could be that you used Distress (or other) inks, you could distress you paper....lots of possibilities! And remember, it doesn't have to be a card, any paper project is welcome!

This is what I did...

As you can see I used some Distress ink as well as roughed up the edges of my papers. Went for a grungy colouring look too.
