Hello and happy Tuesday everyone~

I am glad to say that I am getting better from the cold my husband gave me last week, lol! I have more energy to do things now including stamping!

It is time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge (FTTC154)! Silke has provided the sketch to play along this week. Please visit Flourishes blog for more information about the challenge.

Here is my card using the sketch.

Sweet_Days_of_Summer_1-1_ed

Sweet_Days_of_Summer_1-2_ed

I used Sweet Days of Summer for the image. It was heat embossed with the black embossing powder and added the color with the yellow Copic marker. The sentiment  from Tag Lines was stamped and the mat was sponged with the Distress Ink. The card was designed with the Prima designer papers and decorative borders that were created with double edge punch. I tied the baker’s twine and embellished the tea rose flowers and rhinestones to finish off.

I have made easel cards for several times but I never made with the circle shape until this one! It is super easy to make if you have a kind of dies like Nestabilities! I used Surprise Digi set for the image and the sayings. The image was colored with Copic markers and the mat was sponged with ink. The card was created with lacey circle Nestabilities and circle Nestabilities. Eco Park designer papers were used for the background. The ribbon tag inside (bottom piece) was attached with ribbon. To finish off, it was embellished with the flower embellishment and pearls.
