fabulous.

White... with 1 had a rainbow challenge this month that I was here for!
I used the packaging technique with some distress inks to smudge some color behind where the poppy flowers would be. I used a different color for every flower to fit the rainbow theme. All the embellishments and even the patterned paper I used for my cut file are PinkFresh Studio.

home.

This page was inspired by Sketch N Scrap's sketch 184 but I sized down to a 8.5x11 layout. I used the "kit" I put together that I mentioned HERE. Thanks for looking!

home sweet home.

This page was inspired by sketch 387 at Sketches in Thyme. I've been wanting to scrap these photos of our new house - one from April and the other from July The flowers and plants are all green and blooming and I have front porch decorations and what a difference three months makes! I matted the July photo and popped it up to draw attention to it.

I've combined Jen Hadfield's Home+Made collection with Pink Paislee's Auburn Lane and Fancy Pants Magnolia Lane collections. They're all very similar and they go so well together.

relax.

One of the challenges this month at Paper Issues is Stamp of Approval and I haven't used my stamps in a long time! I used the Looks Like Summer stamp set from Kellie Winnell.

I was also inspired by the Challenge YOUrself sunrise-sunset challenge. You guys know I love my summer months!

This is mostly Elle's Studio goodies + flair from Scrappin Happy Studio and some sequins from Spiegelmom Scraps. Thanks for looking!

home sweet home.

Some photos of my flowers from this summer - most of these are ones I have planted at our new house. I used the Home Sweet Home collection from Bella Blvd and I'm playing along with Scrap Our Stash. I used the right side of the layout in their choose your side challenge.

surprise lily.

I always scrapbook photos of my flowers from my yard every year. This year is our first year in our new house so most of the flowers were a surprise... none was more surprising than the surprise lily!

I came home from work and saw these gorgeous things.

I played along with the Take 5 challenge at Paper Issues (2 photos, die cuts, pop tape, journal strips & gold) and the single page sketch at Stick It Down. Everything is from the Just a Little Lovely collection by PinkFresh Studio. Thanks for looking!

just us.

Playing along today with Rochelle's Scrappy Friends challenge.

My brother got married earlier this month and these were some snapshots we took on the shuttle bus to the church. I used mostly PinkFresh Just a Little Lovely on this page.

sweet.

Monochromatic pages are tough for me because I love color! That's why it's called a challenge, right?

This one was for The Studio and I tried to stay strictly brown - even with my photo of my mom's chocolate Lab. I used a bunch of scraps and things from my stash. Thanks for looking!

celebrate.

Just a quick pic I snapped at my almost sister in law's bridal shower last month.
This is for the learning curve challenge at Paper Issues this month. I curved my title and flowers around the side of my photo. Some of the flowers I popped up for some dimension and I added some sequins and butterflies too. Thanks for looking!
