A Lili of the Valley Sneaky Peek!

Good Morning!

I have a sneak peek to share with you all today from Lili of the Valley! 

Next week they are launching an assortment of stamps, art sheets and papers with a general theme and trust me they are simply gorgeous! In this launch there are 6 Paper Pads, x5 A5 Rubber Stamp Sheets, 12-14 A6 Rubber Stamp Sheets and 6 Art Sheets!

Today's card is using an image from the Art Sheet 'Pretty Girls' which will also be released on one of the A5 Rubber Stamp Sheets. The papers are also new and from the set 'Watercolour Dots' which matched the colours in the image perfectly.

Birthday Birdies

Good Morning!

I have a light breather for you all today with a card that isn't Christmas themed. I have to admit though it was a pain to photograph due to the fact it's pale yellow and white and the light levels were rather bright! You can barely see the embellishments in the bottom left corner or tell that the white layer beneath the image is actually embossed, but at least now you know they're there! lol

The image is one by Lili of the Valley that was part of their 'Simply Print' range but is now available on one of the Art Sheets!

Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Anything Goes + Optional Spooky Colour Combo!

Good Morning!

Due to it being my birthday the same day that the October Challenge went live for PBSC I completely forgot to make a card :( However I have made a card for the mid-way reminder post that is up on the blog today, hopefully I've redeemed myself!

 This month the challenge is 'Anything Goes + Optional Spooky Colour Combo!'

I decided to use the colours Orange and Green and made an Autumnal Birthday Card, instead of blending the ink once stamped to give it a smoother finish I decided to leave the stamped image with it's imperfections to create an effect that mirrors the fading of Autumn leaves. I hope you all like it.

A Pink Christmas

Good Morning!

Today's card is another one using a Lili of the Valley Art Sheet, I seem to be a little bit obsessed with these at the moment as they're just so useful to make cards when you're limited on time. I've given this card a contemporary pink theme which is a colour scheme I don't use too often for Christmas!
