Ok Lets get Started:
This is tutorial is all about where to place elements
Use your imagination and creativity!!!!!!!!!!
Open canvas 700 x700
Place tube first in the center (You can always move it)
Use my tag as an example
Now time to add our elements
I used the following:
Element 2
Element 15
Element 30
Element 35
Element 37
Element 38
Element 40
Element 52
Element 53
Element 56
Element 57
Frame 2
Spray 4
Merge your layers
Open paper of choice and apply mask
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG

Open template - Shift D to duplicate then close out original
Deleted copyright
Fill in your template layers from pspers in kit
I added a border by expanding by 4, adding white then noise

Place your tube to center
Now time to add our elements
I used the following:
Butterfly 4
Flowers 2,3 and 5
Flower Scatter Line
Grass 2
Heart Deco
Lady Bug
Paint Splat 2
Stump Flower
Worm
Merge your layers
Open paper 1 and apply mask
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG

Ok Lets get Started:
Resize elements to your liking
This is a very quick and easy tutorial
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open frame 1 & place in center of tag
Rotate frame to left
Click inside frame with magic wand and expand by 10
Add new layer under frame and select all
Open paper 2 and paste into selection
Select none
Open element 10 and place at bottom and top right of frame
Open frame 3 and place to center
Click inside frame with magic wand and expand by 10
Add new layer under frame and select all
Open paper 5 and paste into selection
Select none
Open frame 2 and place to center
Place tube to left hand side of cluster
Now start building your tag
Use any elements of choice. I used the following:
Element 1
Element 2
Element 3
Element 4
Element 12
Element 14
Element 16
WordArt 1
Merge layers and add mask of choice
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG

Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice: I'm using the wonderful art work of Spazzd Art
This tube was purchased at the store which has now closed
Not sure where she is selling or if she is selling anywhere
Wordart found at LeatherAndLace HERE
Flower clusters can be downloaded HERE
These are old clusters I found in a file while cleaning
Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open cluster #30 - resize to your liking
Using freehand selection tool draw around frame
Add new layer under frame layer and select all
Flood fill using any color or gradient of choice - deselect
Using pixel font I wrote out admiration and gentleness
Use any words of your choice
Using MuRa's Meister Filter choose Copies
Drop down to Tiling - change the tile gap to 2
Center the word art to your liking
Go back to your frame layer and use freehand tool to draw around frame
Click on the word layer and delete
Place cluster #44 to bottom & top of frame
Place cluster #32 above #44 (see my tag for example)
Place tube to your liking
Open cluster #39 and resize 75%
Using MuRa's Meister Filter choose Copies again
Drop down to Wallpaper and increase numbers until page is covered
Apply mask of choice
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG
