CIU #175- Happy Birthday

Hello and happy sunny, hot Friday, let the weekend begin!  I'm back today to share my latest design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog, the theme for challenge #175 is Birthdays and our sponsor is Spellbinders.

I used the Spellbinders Shapeabilities Sending a Happy Birthday etched die set  by Sharyn Sowell from her Happy collection.  The papers came from my scrap stash and the Recollections Backyard Table 6x6 pad, added some sparkle to the candles using a Crafter's Companion glitter pen and this card was done!

We'd love to have you visit us over at the Cut it Up challenge blog for more inspiration; share your birthday project using a die for the chance to win some crafty goodness from Spellbinders.  The challenge starts today and ends on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at noon EST.

Thank you for you visit, wishing you and yours a wonderful weekend.

Happy Graduation Day

Hello and happy Tuesday, another sunny day in today's forecast with the possibility of some showers. I hope that you had a wonderful weekend, enjoyed some time with family and friends.  Today's card share is another graduation card using vinyl and a cut from the Silhouette design store.  I used a Cardz TV stamp for the sentiment and a few Love Nicole stars as embellishments.  I'm sharing this card for the graduation challenge over at Always Fun Challenges.

Thank you for your visit, hope you'll return soon.

Baptism

Hello and happy Sunday, I am doing a quick drive by post as I tried to post before church but ran out of time since Baby Girl had to be there early since she had to usher today.  Today I am sharing her baptism LO which has been siting unfinished for some time!  I cut the Bible and title using my SLICE, used a strip of  DT washi,  a Verve stamp for the Bible verse, added a few gems and the LO was finally complete.  So happy to have this blessed event finally documented.  I can't believe this is only my 4th LO for the year and it is almost June.  I am sharing this LO for the Anything Goes challenge #90 over at Cardz TV.

Congrats

Hello and happy sunny Thursday, it is going to be warm today.  I won't be spending too much time outside.  Today I am doing a quick drive by post to share one of the graduation cards that I made as I am running out of time since June will be here soon.  The pattern paper is from Paper Studio, picked it up a few weeks ago when they had single sheets of pattern paper on sale.  The Polaroid was cut using an unbranded die, stamped the sentiment and added a few stickers and this card was done!

Thank you for your visit, hope you'll return soon!

Thinking of You

Hello and happy hot and sunny Monday, another day of extremely warm temps.   We had a relatively busy weekend and I didn't sleep well last night but I still must press on.  Today's card share is a super clean and simple but classy card!   I used papers from the My Mind's Eye Dwell 6x6 paper pad, sketch inspiration from CAS(E) this sketch #322, stamped the sentiment on a fish tail cut banner and the card was done!

Thank you for your visit, wishing you and yours a wonderful week.

Saturday Musings

Hello Saturday, more warm temps in our area today after a loud hunder and rain storm last night.  My plans for today include chores, errands and working on more LOs.  Today's card share is one created with sketch inspiration from Try Stampin' on Tuesday challenge #407.  The papers came from my scrap stash so I'm not sure but I think the pattern piece might be My Mind's Eye, used  unbranded dies for the stitched circles, a Stampendous stamp for the sentiment and a MS butterfly punch.

Thank you for your visit, hope you are enjoying your weekend,

CIU #174 - Picnics

Hello and happy sunny Friday, let the weekend begin!  Today I am sharing my latest design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog, our theme for challenge #174  is Picnics and our sponsor is A Day for Daisies.

When putting my card together I struggled with the design and sentiment, so I used inspiration from one of  Mary's sketches from Cardz TV.  I used the watermelon wedges digital stamp from our sponsor that I colored with pencils.  The papers used came from my scrap stash,  a Bo Bunny stamp for the sentiment and a few Recollections faux pearls for embellishments and this card was done!

Now that you've seen my card, I hope you'll  head on over to the Cut it Up challenge blog for more inspiration and decide to share your Picnic themed project for a chance to win a $8 gift certificate from our our sponsor.  The challenge starts today and ends Wednesday, May 29 at noon.

Thank you for your visit and I hope you'll return soon!
