CQC126 Happy Day....

Hello again,

   Thank you for stopping by to see my Color Q card.

Here are this weeks fabulous CQC126 colors.....

Here is my take on it....

As soon as I saw these colors I knew I wanted to dig out my beautiful SU Branch Out Set. This poor Set hasn't seen any ink in a loooooong time :( , it's one of my favorite Stampin' Up Sets for sure. I decided to add some Burlap Fabric in the background. Then embellished the card with a Doily, some Brown/White Checker Double Ribbon and a matching SU Button.

FTTC158 Strawberries.....yummy!!!

Today is my sweet Sarah's 14th birthday....I can't believe how much my baby has grown. She is smart, beautiful and a very good girl on top of it! We love you and are so proud of the young lady you have become...HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!

Today we have a brand new challenge over on the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC158. Tammy is our hostess and she has challenged us to create a *COUNTRY* themed card.

I decided to ink up my yummy Strawberries Set. The image was inked in Memento Black and colored with these Copic Markers ~ RV0000, RV00, R14, R17, R27, YG11, G12, G24, Y08, Y15 and Colorless Blender. Next I added the Red/White Checker Ribbon, a matching SU Button with some Red Scrapper's Floss.

I even had some time to stamp...this card is for this weeks Crazy 4 Challenge ~C4C125. The theme is to create a *2 LAYERED CARD*...no cheating...LOL!!! Please make sure to stop by the C4C Blog to see all the ideas the team had.

I opted for the PTI Years of Flowers - Gladiolus Stamp Set that hasn't seen any love in a long, long time. The image was inked in Memento Black and colored with Copic Markers. Next I punched the corners with a Corner Adorner, added the Ribbon and the Silver Pearls...voila!
