Happy TGIF!
I've been under the weather a bit and I can't even tell you how happy I'm that it's weekend time!!!
I did manage to stamp a bit this week and here is my card for the
Flourishes Friday Focus on the
Forest of Trees Set.
I tried something different this time...I'm becoming daring.....wink. I saw this *
Emboss Resist* technique not to long ago on my friend
Marisa's blog and I could wait to try it myself.
The only thing I did different was....I started out with the
Flourishes Classic White CS and then I took these
Memento Ink Pads ~
Cottage Ivy,
Dandelion,
New Sprout ~ and literally spread them across the CS. Next I
heat embossed the tree with the
Ranger Super Fine Black EP. The rest of the card was embellished with the matching
Color Made Easy Pistachio Ribbon, the cute
Stamped Metal Brad along with the
Tailor-Made Classic Tag and the sentiment form the
Tiny Flowers & Tag Set.
