Sweet Little Red
Hello everyone, hope you're doing fine. Just to the switch from summer to winter time we got the first snow few days ago... luckily I was prepared and got the winter tires to my car.
Today I want to show you a card looking more spring like. I used one of the newest images by ching-chou kuik's called 'Sweet Little Red'. I love this little scene with the cute fox on her arms. This image is available as a single stamp and comes together with three other beautiful images on Plate # 226. And you can get it as Digi as well HERE.
I coloured the image with Copics. I added some sparkling to her hair. The background papers are from Basic Grey Porcelain.
Have a wonderful day now! Thank you so much for your visit here.
Hugs, Karina

Sweet Little Red
SWEETPEA DT INSPIRATION
This week I got to use this gorgeous stamp from MARLON TEUNISSEN called EMOTIVE available here either as a single stamp or plate (Plate 231, Sheet 2).
With my heart whirling with ideas and colour schemes I started colouring the skin tone and then the gold top etc. whilst I thought about what other colours to use. I next when with the brown's of the skirt before choosing the palest of the "E" copics family to colour the stockings and frills.
Then with the image 3/4's coloured I decided to stay with the "E" family of Copics and chose the rich red-brown tones which I'm loving using at the moment to create the auburn hair colour. I particularly love the richness of these colours and added move depth using a Sepia pencil.
To add a bit of glitz I used a sukura stardust pen. I was thinking of using some embossing powders but I've forgotten where I last had my heat gun! Guess I'll have to find time to have a good root around for it!
Apologies regarding photo quality still having problems with light setting!
For any more details please feel free to check out my blog here.

Connie-Spooky Lady
This Sweet Pea Stamps beauty by Teresa Sherman named
"Cloaked Lady"could be used on any theme but
she shouted
HALLOWEEN!
to me.
I used several dies by Stampin' Up! and Cheery Lynn
Designs as well as a MS punch
"Drippy Goo"
An embossing folder by Cuttlebug for a tree background
and a little sponging with Distress inks
and she was done.
You will find this lovely lady over at
on plate 213.
Thanks for stopping by!

Halloween and Beyond
There is certainly some pouting similar to this Pumpkin Pixie by Katerina Koukiotiss for Sweet Pea Stamps. at my house due to the Halloween season coming to an end. The good news is that Sweet Pea Stamps carries so many fabulous images there are plenty to play with for the next 11 months!
