I'm back and it's not scary, it's halloween

Long time no post, I know.... but I am back.  I took a little time off from stamping this summer but I am back in the groove again.

This a halloween swap I created using kidoodles stamp set from Stampin Up.  Tough to tell from photo but I embossed mask in black embossing powder and cut out and popped up on dimensional.  I did not have any current halloween dsp, so I created my own with card stock and new embossing folder, called Chevron.

Baby shower card

I made this card for a baby shower inspired by new ribbon in the occasion mini pleated satin ribbon- so fun.  The stamp set is baby bundle from Stampin Up.  I haven't used stamps to make a background in forever and I use to do it all the time when I first started stamping.  A tip is to stamp in groups of three making triangles so it looks random.

Love your brayer

This is a card we did at workshop last week.  I used baja breeze and marina mist ink pads and my brayer to create background.

The stamp set is called uncharted territory.

Last week to Sale-a-brate

Last week of sale-a-bration, it ends on March 31st.  I decided to break into some new products- my turquoise embossing powder and pleated 3/8" satin ribbon in pear pizzazz.  The stamp set is SAB set called sprinkled expressions and the dsp is also from SAB called everyday enchantment paper.

Happy Spring- Punch art sunflowers

Happy Spring! This is a card I made for a swap.  I love sunflowers and these are super easy to make.

1) use scallop punch for daffodil delight cs, then use scissors to cut scallop lines
2) punch 1 -1/4 circle in chocolate chip and use white gel pen to make polka dot centers
3) I chose to use old olive grosgrain ribbon to make stems and leaves.

Here's a quick card I made using one of the single stamps in the Occasion mini catalog, plus two embossing folders.  Done!
