White Cube presents an exhibition dedicated to Park Seo-Bo’s signature ‘Ecritures’, a body of work the artist initiated in the late 1960s and sustained throughout his life. Marking the first presentation of his ‘Newspaper Ecritures’ in Paris, the exhibition spans more than five decades of the artist’s practice, from his early ‘Ecriture’ paintings conceived during his time in the city in the late 1970s to later works that articulate his subsequent innovations in material and colour.

Since the start of her practice, Sarah Morris has examined the infrastructures, networks and formations that condition the contemporary landscape, developing serial, diagrammatic matrices that distil and index the systems of power in which we are implicated.

Since the late 1990s, El Anatsui has rewritten the possibilities of sculpture with his large-scale metal works, transforming used bottlecaps into expansive fields of eloquent form and colour by cutting, flattening, crushing, folding and suturing the individual elements into infinite permutations.
