Disable group details change email functionality via a filter

Description
When edit group details in buddypress there is an option to “ Notify group members of these changes via email”.
I don’t want to ever send emails in these circumstances and am concerned that an admin could trigger them. Obviously I can hide the option via css but this is a fudge. Ideally there should be a filter to disable this.
