The writing style is next level, they way he's able to describe scenes. It's so eloquent, not at all what I or probably anyone who's reading it expected from an FVN. I wonder how they deal with the temperature differential between the sides of the station that face their star, and the side that doesn't? Curious how they are creating gravity for the station, it's something to do with the Mæron I'm sure of it. If it is a black hole, I'd be curious how they regulate it's effects.

it's really strange that Tyr, despite being portrayed as an excellent scientist, says he doesn't know what caused the Mæron to bring Tucker over because he made a lot of "seemingly superfluous changes" in a single experiment, which is something you never do especially in code, and if you're working on something of dubious origin like the Mæron double so.
So either he's just lying to Tucker and he knows what caused it, or he's just Unfathomably incompetent
I think he meant that the changes he made were small and insignificant, therefore it shouldn't be risky, which is why he was so surprised and confused by the result. (Although I agree that Tyr is quite suspicious)

There is already a scene where we are literally beating it thinking about the character we chose, so im like 99% sure that its a yes, there will most likely will be NSFW in a future build, but I'm not the creator, so i couldn't say for sure, this is just speculation on my part.

I miss the astrophysics discussion I was having with a user 😔. We were trying to figure out if it was a wormhole or black hole 🕳 that brought Tucker to their system? I'd think a black hole would make more since they're trying to use it to generate unlimited power, and i don't think you can do that what with how unstable a wormhole is. Also curious if they managed to create or manipulate gravity between attractive and repulsive 🤔?

The person I was spitballing with was a physicist. We went into black and white 🕳 theory, 🪱 🕳's, attractive and repulsive gravity, and all sorts of other theories as to what the Mæron is and how it could work.
Not trying to be insulting this is an honest question. Are you ace? I'm asking because you don't seem to know what nsfw adds to a story that is labeled as romance.
To answer your question what it brings to me is the consummation of the relationship for the characters involved.
No, I'm not ace and Is not that I don't understand, I do believe that a nsfw scene placed at the right moment can do that, but more often than not it just feel like it interrupts the story.
Personally when it comes to romance I prefer things like the plushie scene with Rhoun rather than just sex... and also I got extremely frustrated trying to read the smoke room only to be bombarded every two seconds with nsfw scenes :/
I still don't know how that thing and Arches were made by the same people.
I enjoyed the smoke room! I would expect lots of nsfw scenes from a story where the main character is a literal whore... Perhaps consider that maybe a story about a male prostitute just isn't a story that's meant for you?

So, Kudzu, obviously you know yourself better than I do (especially since I don't know you at all) and good faith self-identification is always valid, but I really do recommend reading up on asexual spectrum identities and reevaluating whether any of them fit you. Because it absolutely does sound to me like you're somewhere on the asexual spectrum.
Do you need a promise of NSFW content to keep your intrest? If a story in this genre can be as popular as RYT is, that's way higher praise vs one that's popular because it's full of comically oversized cartoon cocks and pics of characters glazed in cum.
Kinda yeah. For me a NSFW Gay furry VN tells me straight away the VN is for my audiance. An audiance which has basically no representation in mainstream media. It tells me that the characters will probably be relatable because they'll have my interests and reactions and carry on stereotypes and accepted ideals of the community and either go along with or subvert them. VN's like Echo used that to understand the reader and in echo's case, twist expectations around relationships and romance between gay furries to totally control the reader to envoke deep emotions. Despite how much you, visa or collective shout want to underplay it, that is art.
I mean, what kind of main stream coverage would u like? It's bad enough with what's come of the recent assassination. Think of a time before this site, or even the internet in general. In some ways, this IS mainstream media now.
Lol. With the less than stellar reputation this genre already has. It's a shame because this and quite a few other stories like SoulCreek, Remember the Flowers 💐, and if you want to mentally fuck-up a bunch of the general public, Arches and/or Adastra would be perfect for that. There are some really talented writers here and it would be great to showcase their talents to a wider audience, Devil's Gambit and Lyre spring to mind. The world building and detail those 2 have is incredible. I think a lot are a result of the China Virus of unknown origin, as people had time on their hands and were stuck inside.

Увидел обновление после того как прошел 1 день после его публикации решил скачать и заново пройти маршрут Маррука и не зря. Повторно испытал те же эмоции и чувства к любимому персонажу, а в некоторых моментах даже более сильные эмоции.
Отметил несколько изменений:
1. Ре-дизайн капитана, очень хорошо сделан, особенно её улыбка и глаз, мне очень нравится, так она выглядит более властной.
2. Убрали некоторые диалоги в игре : Маррук говорил Таккеру ,когда тот ел, что-то типо "как ты ешь? просто кладешь все в эту "дыру?"(имеется ввиду рот.)"
3. Убрали сцену, если ее можно так назвать , в душе, заменив ее на мысли персонажа : " как провести с ним время", НО заменив сцену Вы не заменили следующие слова, Таккер просто думал о том, что можно будет делать в двоём, но когда приходит Маррук, то он начинает переживать о том, что Маррук что-то узнает, хотя как Маррук узнает о том, о чем думал Таккер? Никак.
3.1 Я не против замен сцен, если разработчики знают что делают, то пусть делают, а они знают :)
4? Также, но я не совсем уверен, были сделаны изменения в саду, я помню как в 8 билде Таккер говорил что он "навсегда застрял тут", Маррук вроде бы ответил ему в том же духе, что он тоже тут с ним "застрял " навсегда. В 9 билде я этого не увидел, возможно невнимательность.
Что-то от себя:
1. Я не понимаю как читается новое имя персонажа 😭🙏🏻, на английском возможно это звучит хорошо, а на русском я не знаю как это произносить, если можете, то напишите мне транскрипцию на английском языке имя этого персонажа.
2. Читая заново я снова погрузился в собственный мир и иногда просто придумывал свои мини сюжеты, просто больше взаимодействия между персонажами и/или действия персонажей на то или иное событие/действие.
3. Разница в выходе 8 и 9 билда ~150 дней, сколько ждать новое обновление страшно представить.
4. Таккер не определился на чьей стороне он будет, Капитана или Сёкносса [Сокносса] , поэтому , возможно, я думаю, будет выбор между ними, если это так, то это классно, но это больше работы для разработчиков.
5. Я НАДЕЮСЬ что продолжение сюжета есть где-нибудь на бумаге, чтобы сразу делать продолжение, а не писать сюжет :)
6. За 9 билд я увидел своего лучшего, прекрасного, любимого персонажа всего 1 раз, меня это расстроило :(
Заключение: Мне приятно было заново испытать эмоции при прочтении, но "продолжение следует" заставляет плакать...

yes that's the one it explained why there was the mascot why the mc is obsessed with the maeron why the static pops up why some chapters start with a poem and it had some screenshots to show examples so I don't why it got deleted it was pretty well written and interesting

I love this VN quite a lot. There has to be an aspiring astrophysisist or just regular physisist. I hope we get even a layman's explanation of how this Mæron works. As time should slow down near any source of gravity, and the more gravitational energy, the slower time for those near it becomes. If Tucker was pulled out of his universe via some sort of black hole white hole situation he's fucked. He's going to die in a painful way and it will have scrambled his electrons and protons like eggs. Tyr knows this, and I'm betting he's seen it happen, which is why he's being so coy. If it is a totally different universe rather than another part of our own, he has no universe to go back to. The fact they are trying to harness gravitational energy is both genius and unfathomably stupid. Also, wouldn't the people on the ship age much slower than others from the Alrain system? That's just how time and gravity do after all.
What you said makes a lot of sense to me. like if Tucker really was transported via some kind of black hole the time it took him to get to the station was almost instantaneous, but outside It's been months or years without saying that the radiation from this could somehow cause whatever is happening to him. Well, if it was a wormhole that's one thing, but a black hole? That's a whole nother can of worms. For it to be a power source, as far as I know only a black hole could theoretically be used to create some sort of unlimited power. As a worm hole doesn't really create usable power, it requires massive amounts to function. That's theory though. We know a black hole has something properties that could be exploited to create energy though. Would it be worth the risks though? Probably not, would've been easier to build a Dyson sphere. Being a worm hole though would help with the story of the Mæron being ancient, because as for as we know one would have to build one as they don't occurr naturally. Black holes just need a star with the right amount of mass so you could throw some asteroids at it to push it over the edge to get it to go supernova creating the hole. Buuuuutttt, if it is a black hole Tuckers universe is gone. Disappeared, blinked out of existence in a microsecond. As you get closer to the event horizon, time for you would seem unchanged. But to an outside observer, it would seem as if it's slowing down. To the point where you crossed the horizon. They then would see you freeze, then you'd slowly get redder and redder as your photons are slowed down causing you to red shift. To the point you dissolve. If you were watching the universe you came from as you crossed the horizon. Time for it would speed up until just as you crossed all the time from that universe would pass instantly. You'd be watching the end of your universe play out instantly. Ergo, Tucker has no home to go back to as the universe that home was in no longer exists. Tyr knows this, and I bet this has happened before. He's to stubborn, proud, or ignorant to admit he really doesn't know what he's doing. God I hate having ADD & ADHD.

First I'll try to give some feedback on your own speculation and then I'll give my own.
You are correct that time dilation occurs next to strong gravitational fields, however in theory this effect can be contracted by negative mass/energy, so I wouldn't rule it out
you mentioned how if it was a black hole tucker would be dead(his electrons would be scrambled?), could you elaborate on this?, im not aware of any reason for this as some black holes, namely the "supermassive" ones at the centers of galaxies have event horizons big enough to avoid death by Spaghettification(stretching to death).
Black holes are theoretically quite "easy" sources of "infinite" energy as you could accelerate things off them.
Worm holes are theoretically naturally occurring, just highly unstable without exotic matter
What you said about falling into a black hole and seeing the universe's end is theoretically 100% true and very impressive for someone not in the field!.
As for my own speculation, I'm more interested in the "hum" it's supposedly emitting, as that is (very) vaguely consistent with hawking radiation, especially with small sized black holes like this one would have to be.
Well being that the potential black hole is inside a ship, and it was only large enough to affect one person id say it's not supermassive. Smaller black holes are even more dangerous imo. Yeah this "hum" does sound like what they're harnessing from the hole to use as a power source. My wonder is, would a black hole be easier and/or safer than say, a Dyson sphere or swarm? I know gravity has ENORMOUS potential as an energy source, and it will far outlive every star, even red dwarfs in the universe, no? I'm also trying to understand the gravity well in the penultimate episode. It worked opposite of normal gravity, antigravity if you will. Yet he said it seemed as if its effects lessened the farther away from the center you got. Which would make sense with a black hole, but it's the opposite effect so.......white hole possibly? I've never studied astrophysics or even physics in general, I'm an auto mechanic. So, it's nice to know I got at least one part kinda right.

You also mentioned that Tucker might have moved to a universe with a different handedness/parity, that was a creative idea i haven't heard before, took me some time to properly think about it, it's probably not what happened because a basic change of parity would fck up lots of stuff in noticeable ways.
as for all your worm hole related questions, I have no clue, I know they're natural solutions for einstien's field equations and unstable so would need negative mass/energy to work but no more than that.

Another thought I had. Their whole civilization, the entire species, they had to have had previous human contact somehow? Dog breeds didn't and wouldn't occur naturally via evolution. They required humans getting there grubby fingers into their DNA via selective breeding to get even just the breeds in the story. If not, they would've ended up more or less like Adastra. A wolven population with only things like color, size, build etc, not dobbies, Saint Bernards, and whatever Rhoun is.
I am also of the theory that aliens did visit earth way back when, but not so far back that there are no humans. We just didnt have the means to preserve the proof of it. Though in some cave drawings depicted flying ships with people in them that decidedly were not human.

To answer your question what it brings to me is the consummation of the relationship for the characters involved.
No, I'm not ace and Is not that I don't understand, I do believe that a nsfw scene placed at the right moment can do that, but more often than not it just feel like it interrupts the story.
Personally when it comes to romance I prefer things like the plushie scene with Rhoun rather than just sex... and also I got extremely frustrated trying to read the smoke room only to be bombarded every two seconds with nsfw scenes :/

I enjoyed the smoke room! I would expect lots of nsfw scenes from a story where the main character is a literal whore... Perhaps consider that maybe a story about a male prostitute just isn't a story that's meant for you?
But not to get side tracked, unless the main characters are ace then having no sex scenes, to me just makes it feel more like awkward friend zone story rather than a romance.

So, Kudzu, obviously you know yourself better than I do (especially since I don't know you at all) and good faith self-identification is always valid, but I really do recommend reading up on asexual spectrum identities and reevaluating whether any of them fit you. Because it absolutely does sound to me like you're somewhere on the asexual spectrum.
Do you need a promise of NSFW content to keep your intrest? If a story in this genre can be as popular as RYT is, that's way higher praise vs one that's popular because it's full of comically oversized cartoon cocks and pics of characters glazed in cum.
Kinda yeah. For me a NSFW Gay furry VN tells me straight away the VN is for my audiance. An audiance which has basically no representation in mainstream media. It tells me that the characters will probably be relatable because they'll have my interests and reactions and carry on stereotypes and accepted ideals of the community and either go along with or subvert them. VN's like Echo used that to understand the reader and in echo's case, twist expectations around relationships and romance between gay furries to totally control the reader to envoke deep emotions. Despite how much you, visa or collective shout want to underplay it, that is art.
I mean, what kind of main stream coverage would u like? It's bad enough with what's come of the recent assassination. Think of a time before this site, or even the internet in general. In some ways, this IS mainstream media now.

Lol. With the less than stellar reputation this genre already has. It's a shame because this and quite a few other stories like SoulCreek, Remember the Flowers 💐, and if you want to mentally fuck-up a bunch of the general public, Arches and/or Adastra would be perfect for that. There are some really talented writers here and it would be great to showcase their talents to a wider audience, Devil's Gambit and Lyre spring to mind. The world building and detail those 2 have is incredible. I think a lot are a result of the China Virus of unknown origin, as people had time on their hands and were stuck inside.

Увидел обновление после того как прошел 1 день после его публикации решил скачать и заново пройти маршрут Маррука и не зря. Повторно испытал те же эмоции и чувства к любимому персонажу, а в некоторых моментах даже более сильные эмоции.
Отметил несколько изменений:
1. Ре-дизайн капитана, очень хорошо сделан, особенно её улыбка и глаз, мне очень нравится, так она выглядит более властной.
2. Убрали некоторые диалоги в игре : Маррук говорил Таккеру ,когда тот ел, что-то типо "как ты ешь? просто кладешь все в эту "дыру?"(имеется ввиду рот.)"
3. Убрали сцену, если ее можно так назвать , в душе, заменив ее на мысли персонажа : " как провести с ним время", НО заменив сцену Вы не заменили следующие слова, Таккер просто думал о том, что можно будет делать в двоём, но когда приходит Маррук, то он начинает переживать о том, что Маррук что-то узнает, хотя как Маррук узнает о том, о чем думал Таккер? Никак.
3.1 Я не против замен сцен, если разработчики знают что делают, то пусть делают, а они знают :)
4? Также, но я не совсем уверен, были сделаны изменения в саду, я помню как в 8 билде Таккер говорил что он "навсегда застрял тут", Маррук вроде бы ответил ему в том же духе, что он тоже тут с ним "застрял " навсегда. В 9 билде я этого не увидел, возможно невнимательность.
Что-то от себя:
1. Я не понимаю как читается новое имя персонажа 😭🙏🏻, на английском возможно это звучит хорошо, а на русском я не знаю как это произносить, если можете, то напишите мне транскрипцию на английском языке имя этого персонажа.
2. Читая заново я снова погрузился в собственный мир и иногда просто придумывал свои мини сюжеты, просто больше взаимодействия между персонажами и/или действия персонажей на то или иное событие/действие.
3. Разница в выходе 8 и 9 билда ~150 дней, сколько ждать новое обновление страшно представить.
4. Таккер не определился на чьей стороне он будет, Капитана или Сёкносса [Сокносса] , поэтому , возможно, я думаю, будет выбор между ними, если это так, то это классно, но это больше работы для разработчиков.
5. Я НАДЕЮСЬ что продолжение сюжета есть где-нибудь на бумаге, чтобы сразу делать продолжение, а не писать сюжет :)
6. За 9 билд я увидел своего лучшего, прекрасного, любимого персонажа всего 1 раз, меня это расстроило :(
Заключение: Мне приятно было заново испытать эмоции при прочтении, но "продолжение следует" заставляет плакать...

I love this VN quite a lot. There has to be an aspiring astrophysisist or just regular physisist. I hope we get even a layman's explanation of how this Mæron works. As time should slow down near any source of gravity, and the more gravitational energy, the slower time for those near it becomes. If Tucker was pulled out of his universe via some sort of black hole white hole situation he's fucked. He's going to die in a painful way and it will have scrambled his electrons and protons like eggs. Tyr knows this, and I'm betting he's seen it happen, which is why he's being so coy. If it is a totally different universe rather than another part of our own, he has no universe to go back to. The fact they are trying to harness gravitational energy is both genius and unfathomably stupid. Also, wouldn't the people on the ship age much slower than others from the Alrain system? That's just how time and gravity do after all.

Well, if it was a wormhole that's one thing, but a black hole? That's a whole nother can of worms. For it to be a power source, as far as I know only a black hole could theoretically be used to create some sort of unlimited power. As a worm hole doesn't really create usable power, it requires massive amounts to function. That's theory though. We know a black hole has something properties that could be exploited to create energy though. Would it be worth the risks though? Probably not, would've been easier to build a Dyson sphere. Being a worm hole though would help with the story of the Mæron being ancient, because as for as we know one would have to build one as they don't occurr naturally. Black holes just need a star with the right amount of mass so you could throw some asteroids at it to push it over the edge to get it to go supernova creating the hole. Buuuuutttt, if it is a black hole Tuckers universe is gone. Disappeared, blinked out of existence in a microsecond. As you get closer to the event horizon, time for you would seem unchanged. But to an outside observer, it would seem as if it's slowing down. To the point where you crossed the horizon. They then would see you freeze, then you'd slowly get redder and redder as your photons are slowed down causing you to red shift. To the point you dissolve. If you were watching the universe you came from as you crossed the horizon. Time for it would speed up until just as you crossed all the time from that universe would pass instantly. You'd be watching the end of your universe play out instantly. Ergo, Tucker has no home to go back to as the universe that home was in no longer exists. Tyr knows this, and I bet this has happened before. He's to stubborn, proud, or ignorant to admit he really doesn't know what he's doing. God I hate having ADD & ADHD.
Hello, I'm that just a regular physicist you talked about, I might not be able to explain how the Mæron works as it is a work of fiction but I can speculate on how it might work
First I'll try to give some feedback on your own speculation and then I'll give my own.
You are correct that time dilation occurs next to strong gravitational fields, however in theory this effect can be contracted by negative mass/energy, so I wouldn't rule it out
you mentioned how if it was a black hole tucker would be dead(his electrons would be scrambled?), could you elaborate on this?, im not aware of any reason for this as some black holes, namely the "supermassive" ones at the centers of galaxies have event horizons big enough to avoid death by Spaghettification(stretching to death).
Black holes are theoretically quite "easy" sources of "infinite" energy as you could accelerate things off them.
Worm holes are theoretically naturally occurring, just highly unstable without exotic matter
What you said about falling into a black hole and seeing the universe's end is theoretically 100% true and very impressive for someone not in the field!.
As for my own speculation, I'm more interested in the "hum" it's supposedly emitting, as that is (very) vaguely consistent with hawking radiation, especially with small sized black holes like this one would have to be.

Yet he said it seemed as if its effects lessened the farther away from the center you got. Which would make sense with a black hole, but it's the opposite effect so.......white hole possibly? Another thought I had. Their whole civilization, the entire species, they had to have had previous human contact somehow? Dog breeds didn't and wouldn't occur naturally via evolution. They required humans getting there grubby fingers into their DNA via selective breeding to get even just the breeds in the story. If not, they would've ended up more or less like Adastra. A wolven population with only things like color, size, build etc, not dobbies, Saint Bernards, and whatever Rhoun is.
