TSG takes all content removal requests seriously. Our dedicated support team will process, review, and resolve valid requests within five business days.

1. How to Submit a Request

   Subject Line	Must include "CONTENT REMOVAL"
   Confidentiality Assurance	Your report is completely confidential. The personal identification data you provide for verification purposes will be secured and will not be shared with any unauthorized third party.

2. Required Information for Removal Requests

   All individuals requesting content removal must provide the following information to enable a review:

   • Identity & Contact: Your full legal name, model alias (if applicable), and contact information.
   • Content Identification: The full URLs to the specific content you are reporting.
   • Basis for Removal: A clear statement detailing the nature of the issue.
3. Contact Us About Content Issues

   Content issues will be reviewed if the reported material constitutes:

   • Non-Consensual Imagery: Content involving non-consensual production or distribution of an image (e.g., revenge porn, blackmail, exploitation).
   • Copyright or IP Infringement: The content infringes upon a valid, verifiable copyright or other intellectual property claim.
   • Exposure of PII: The content accidentally reveals Personally Identifiable Information (PII) not intended for publication (e.g., name, address, phone number).
   • Illegal Content/Court Order: Content that is otherwise abusive or illegal, or has been subject to a verified, binding court order or law enforcement action.
4. Review and Appeal Process
   • Resolution Timeline: Our policy is to review and resolve all reported content complaints within five (5) business days. In the event there is verified evidence of illegal content, it will be removed immediately following verification.
   • Clarification: You may contact [email protected] for further clarifications of any action taken.
   • Appeal: If you disagree with a decision regarding a removal request, you may appeal by sending an email to [email protected].
   • Dispute Resolution: If disagreement regarding an appeal persists, TSG will allow the matter to be resolved by a neutral body (mediation or arbitration) as stipulated in the original model agreement.
