Researching a mostly forgotten Gurren Lagann card game from 2007–2008 (ドリル銀河大戦カード).

I’ve already collected most of Set 1 via Yahoo Auctions Japan, but beyond auction photos there’s almost no surviving info — dead sites, empty wikis, even companies seem to have forgotten it.

I’m trying to catalog every card (numbers, effects, promos, sets) before it disappears completely.

If you played it, owned cards, worked at a JP shop, or have scans/rules/memories — post anything you know. Even vague info helps.

Yeah, like the other anon said, we're not due for another thread for a while.

I like how Lancer does it in that you can easily apply templates to NPCs to make them more threatening or weaker or more unique. Throw a Veteran or Elite on an enemy to make them stand out a bit more and give them a standout ability. Throw Ultra on something you want to turn into a boss with a game changing weapon or tech.

They're a great place to start. There are a few companies that do resin bits intended for these kinds of conversions like Zinge and Anvil Industry, and you can also get a lot of mileage out of regular 28mm infantry weapons.

AUTONOMOUS MECH STATS AND EQUIPMENT
Malt Coyote models(as in, Coyote core with Malt frame)
>HP: 52(extremely high HP, double the average)
>Damage avoidance: 9(one of the lowest, compared to 11 being around average)
>Head model is ‘Steam whistle Skull’. Leg model is ‘bare hydraulics’. Both arm models are ‘exposed arms’
>all parts are the cheap, more fragile, weaker versions of the standard parts
>no back part
>autonomous mechs do not make reactions(which is a huge part of combat)
>autonomous mechs are only equipped with a single .50 cal machine pistols(arguably the weakest weapon)
>d4 bullet damage, 18 round magazine, burst fire3, full fire9, effective(max) range 4(8)

So the autonomous mechs are designed to be walking punching bags. Should statistically pose no threat, but a full burst from a machine pistol could still cause damage(but statistically not enough damage to one or even 2 shot most mechs). They have low damage, low avoidability, their limbs and head break easily, but they have a lot of health to eat through to give the players practice and feel strong. This is designed as a tutorial mission, and the next step in the quest line shouldn’t be introduced until after a few battles/sessions

Clash of Spears is a great system IMHO.

I've played the ancients version which is the OG, currently doing an Ikko Ikki army for the Clash of Katanas expansion.

Clash is very nitty gritty where the difference in armies is subtle but with wide reaching impacts, where as something like SAGA is very arcadey, with differences being immediately obvious. Neither is better than the other, but I probably prefer Clash, but SAGA is more popular I would say.

Yes guys. We love that 'Feats & Traits' is a sliver of space on the front while the back is FULLY DEDICATED BRICKS for 'background' and 'appearance'. Very useful for writing down the stuff you wanna ref easy in game.

It could be worse. IIRC, depending on your country of origin, it's 2-3 years or so of inactivity before they blast your account. Given that things like Discord are usually used with great frequency by its users, like many other social media platforms, it would be pretty unusual for someone to completely stop using it for actual years. Generally, they would either have completely given up on the platform, been unable to use it for some reason (perhaps imprisonment), or deceased.
