Description

$settingsarray: Array of editor arguments.
$editor_idstring: Unique editor identifier, e.g. 'content'. Accepts 'classic-block' when called from block editor’s Classic block.

$settings = apply_filters( 'wp_editor_settings', $settings, $editor_id );
