Basically each episode adds new content to the game. I am a single person and developing such large expansion needs years to finalize. So I decided to release content in episodes. It still is one main campaign but at certain points you get a notification that new content might be added to the area you are about to go.

Or maybe not one main campaign because new content is mostly optional. Especially the new quests and dungeons. But they are fun and you get cool rewards.

There are also new spells, items and changes to the game mechanics like curse effects, element damage bonus and so on.

Your'e awesom, keep the good work.

I would really like to be able to contribute but sadly Itch only allows it though Paypal and in my country its a pain to use that application.
