Is there a difference between this version and the steam version? (also for which version do you get a better percentage?)

I figured, but I wasn't really sure because of how this comes with a steam key. I was worried you'd have to pay store fees twice or something.
Nah, if you buy the game here on itch.io, you also get a steam key, Steam will charge neither you nor us commission for this.
