I adore these but how comes that the Lurker is missing?
"The file contains the base 30 NPCs". Lurkers are from Wallflower, not the Core Rule Book.
It literally has every NPC expect the Lurker. Avenger, Strider and Spite are all there and also come from Wallflowe
