These were planned as teleports to new locations in the early version of the game. Eventually we decided there's no need to make these locations freely available as they're scenario-tied. We'll remove these in the next release to avoid confusion. The only working teleport is to Naira (maybe we should teleport the player straight to the cellar so they shouldn't walk across the jungle each time).
