In order to see Synthia's content, you need to complete Freya's content first. They have a bit of a rivalry going on, and hearing that you've already 'met' Freya is sure to rile her up.

Maybe you are referring to the one with Selphie and Synthia? There isn't currently one with Freya and Synthia.

In order to unlock scenes with Synthia, you need to have Freya breed you during her scene.

If you have scenes unlocked with Synthia, to unlock the dual scene with Selphie refuse to carry Synthia's heir. It's the last dialogue option during her normal scene where you also refuse to kiss her.

Futa protag is very possible, male protag is very unlikely. Female NPCs with only dick (no pussy) also very possible.

Unfortunately no, I'm keeping this project light since it's my first VN. The focus is futanari x female and impregnation which more or less go together. Swapping the protag's sex or the other characters just doesn't fit and requires scenes to be completely rewritten.
