last time i played the language changed why?

no it doesn't play text or anything it just plays the music I tried in both full screen and windowed I downloaded the CiC_0.55.5_Windows.zip version Idk if I should've downloaded the CiC 0.55 Download Folder version

I don't know if I downloaded a bad version but sometimes it randomly blackscreens while the music plays and I have to close and relaunch it did i download the wrong thing and I have to make a new game every time

is this the full game i see comments suggesting otherwise just asking before i buy it and only get a dem

is this the updated one or should i get the free version

is there no credit/debit card option?
