Maybe, but I'm not counting on it. I have multiple friends that released demo versions of their projects on itch for free and have not received any penalty whatsoever. The criteria to get quarantined is kept hidden so i can only hope that someone can escalate my situation since its really draining me having to go back and forth with support that takes 3 weeks to respond

Good day. I've been making games on itch for well over 3 years, with some of my projects having been featured on the popular page of their categories (NSFW)

 A few months ago I received a quarantine on my entire page, getting it deindexed from the search. I reached out to itch support to resolve this and got a reply after 21 days. It was less than satisfactory but my games were back up. Since then, every update, no matter how miniscule like changing the description,  would flag my entire page again, with me having to contact support to get it resolved again and again. I've had to go through back and forth with them multiple times, with their responses getting longer and longer each time.

I read all the posts and understand that the guidelines are kept secret, but I'd just like to draw attention to this issue where its unfair for a long standing developer to have to deal with this in the first place. I wish to continue pushing updates to my projects, but I cant do it without my entire page being taken down for the whole month, draining my income to basically zero. I rely on sales from this game to keep a roof over my head, and its really frustrating to see this. 

I only hope for a quick update to this situation, not just for me but for anyone else whos also facing this issue.

We were thinking of $8-10 on release

1. The old version has been depreciated, but we will put the files up here for free

2. Other than steam achievements, none. We had stuff planned but due to the MasterCard restrictions on steam they had to be scrapped due to them being too spicy

3. We have no affiliation with Jastusa. The game seems to have been uploaded there without our permission. We will investigate this, thanks.
