The same thing happens to me, I translated it into Spanish but I have some errors since it seems that the game was not released to have Spanish from its development, although if someone has more knowledge in this translation thing they can correct me, I have all the dialogues translated in case someone wants to support to translate it at least until the game comes out in Spanish.

In fact, yes. You just need to find the save files from your previous version; they're usually located in C:\Users\AppData\LocalLow\AceStudio\SarahsHouse. Copy the save files from the previous update and paste them into the new update folder. Open the game, and your progress should load.

Tengo una traduccion que le hice al juego al español es personal por que no hablo ingles, pero si alguien la ocupa la puedo pasar. 

La verdad es que me parece un exelente juego lo he estado jugando desde actualizaciones atras, y solo me ha dado un par de bug pero nada grave, teniendo en cuenta que es un juego que sigue en desarrollo no esta nada mal siguen sacando actualizaciones y eso esta perfecto, para mi estan haciendo un buen TRABAJO los desarrolladores :
