It will take 7 to 18 business days for custom TPE and Hybrid dolls (depending on the country and customizations selected) from the time you place your order. For full silicone dolls, production and delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks total. Tantaly products are always in stock and ship within 3-5 business days worldwide, and our warehouse dolls ship within 3-5 business days as well. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If in the unlikely event you purchase a doll from our U.S. warehouse and it’s sold out we will ship you the same doll from our main warehouse.

Once production is complete and there are no issues with the doll, delivery will commence the next business day at which time we will provide a shipping tracking number.

Most countries are tax/duty exempt. You will not be required to pay any additional taxes or fees.

However, as of now, the following countries are NOT tax-exempt: Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., and some other countries. We suggest that before making your purchase you are fully committed. Once an order is placed and production has commenced we cannot simply cancel your order.

You have 12 hours to cancel or modify your order. After that, production begins and changes are not possible. Email [email protected] with your order number, full name, and email address. You will receive an 80% refund. The 20% covers administrative costs and payment processing fees.

Due to the nature of the business returns are not allowed. That’s not just us saying this but new legislature in the US has been passed making it unlawful to return sex dolls. We’re very serious about the quality of our products. Every order is carefully checked, tested, and photographed before we send it out. Warranty coverage and replacement policies are determined by each manufacturer and vary based on their standards and terms.

If a doll arrives with a manufacturer defect, whether it’s a broken joint, faulty skeleton, or any production issue, we will review the issue with the manufacturer and work toward a resolution based on their warranty policy. In most cases, this means replacement parts or a full doll replacement at no cost to you.

Damages from misuse or delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll assist you in every way we can to make it right.

Do not use the product. If used, the manufacturer will not accept any warranty claim. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours to [email protected] with photos and details. The manufacturer will review your report, assess it according to their warranty terms, and make a final determination on coverage. Our team will notify you of the solution within 2-3 business days.
