Description
In the WordPress Support Forums, there is an overlapping issue under "Clearer Plugin and Theme Support" title where colored sections are overlapping the forum post highlights. This makes it difficult to read and navigate the forum.

Replaced the incorrect
<img>markup (and converted the page to blocks). The image was lacking the WordPress metadata attributes that are required for proper image widths.
