Loira (she/they) is a writer with a deep love of atmosphere whose work is influenced by dark romanticism and the gothic, just as much as it is nostalgia and a desire to create moments readers can float in. These days, she can usually be found writing TTRPG reviews, articles about horror movies, video games, and touring with post-punk darkwave band Urban Heat, while acting as a bed for her cat, Eeyore.
She was a contributor to gothHoblin’s Grimoire Issue 1 – Gothic which published October 2023, and moderator and contributor to gothHoblin's Grimoire Issue 3 - Folk Horror, which published October 2024.
