There's plenty of tools like that available. I used one of them hosted on web for a while, but wanted something even simplier. The one I used also created transparent padding on the edges of the output images, which wasn't optimal for me, and I wasn't able to find how to disable it, so decided to make a simplified version for my own use primarily
Just testing the tool. I found bug I think. There is this little dot that has no function. Repro: -Add image -Zoom out -Create a small rectangle. (Image is just for testing lol)
Thanks! It's having trouble with high resolution images at the moment, but I'm hoping to improve the performance a bit. I'll add a zoom-in/zoom-out for the viewports as well

Well it's quite impressive. Would love to see more micro-tools like this that speed up different parts of indie dev.
this is a really great tool! is it possible to add multiple rectangles and then export multiple images from them?
