Cult of the Lamb is a cute game with an equal weight in both the fighting and base building. To its credit, the designs are well-thought out and the in-game storytelling is interesting. The fighting is fluid and difficulty matches the the gameplay. Plus, game as a whole is incredibly endearing-- you will find yourself actually caring for some of your followers. However, as someone who is about to 100% this game for the 2nd time, the interactions with followers are limited and I would like to see more unique interactions with the more unique followers in the late game content. Also, I've found that the last set of achievements are grueling and repetitive once you reach over 60%, but in all fairness, what game isn't? Overall, its a great game with caring developers who want the best for their players, but it falls off a little in the late game.
