\[Alchemy of the Earth Patch 1.12 is out!]

• Many UI fixes & menu improvements

• Sound sliders now properly change volume for music and game sounds.

• Many world fixes and optimizations in the denser areas of the map.

• Project has been fully ported to Unreal Engine 5.7, offering major performance improvements to foliage & world partition streaming.

• Fully remappable controller support

• Sound cue and subtitle fixes for main narration

\[Alchemy of the Earth is out now on Steam!]Thank you to everyone who has wishlisted, followed, and/or playtested Alchemy of the Earth. This is going to be a short announcement, because I'm very tired & its 5:45AM on Aug 13, 2025, but in the last few months I've been completely blown away by all the interest I've gotten for this little solo project. As of right now Alchemy of the Earth has been Wishlisted 9,494 times, followed 914 times & the demo has been played 865 times. Watching people play the demo has been incredibly helpful for me, in better understanding how to make a functional, fun to play game. This is my first ever game, but I'm not done with it. The work continues.

Alchemy of the Earth Demo v1.1.0 is now live!

Fixes & Improvements:

• Font and on screen UI improvements for readability

• Main story subtitles implemented.

• Projectile spells should fire correctly now.

• Bug fixes, improved pathing for enemies.

• Optimizations to packed levels.

• New spells, potions, and skeletons.

Alchemy of the Earth Demo v1.0.2 is now live!

Fixes & Improvements:

• Alchemy of the Earth build now updated to Unreal 5.6

• Improved performance near dense grass areas.

• Deleted a few buggy blueprints.

Alchemy of the Earth Demo v1.0.1 is now live!

Fixes & Improvements:

• Fixed game freezes related to some old goat blueprints. If anyone gets a game freeze near a goat please let me know where it happened.

• Improved performance in a few heavy areas.

• The escape key now exits crafting menus.

• Sunflowers should now be easier to harvest.

• Audio areas now start properly when the player spawns within their overlap volume.

• Autosave should now only trigger if the player is alive.

• New sound effects for skeletons and skeleton mage spells are implemented.

• Updated level instances near starting area to improve performance.

• Added windowed fullscreen settings.

• Added a few variants of the Light spell, called "Blast" and "Beam" these each cost more mana than Light and do more damage. (Yes, Light causes damage! Use it!!)
