This is a great little casual farming game, that is still finding it's feet.

In general it is a cozy farming game that you can take at your own pace. As you progress the tedious tasks can be given to people you hire, leaving you to putter about and curate the overall village. The graphics are fun, the sound is good, and the vibe is great. Just the sort of thing I like to play with half a brain while listening to a podcast.

The game is still quite alpha, with new features popping up and morphing regularly. While I don't like every single change, the game overall feels like it is headed in a good direction, and the developer is responsive. Some updates have cleared my previous saves, which could have been advertised better, but personally I'm happy to restart with the new play style that such updates seem to bring.

I look forward to seeing how the game develops!

Honestly a really fun little idle game. Super easy to get into and surprisingly addictive. I like checking in, upgrading stuff, and watching the farm slowly run itself. The pacing feels good and it never feels stressful or complicated.

Also, the developer is awesome — super helpful and active on Discord. They’ve helped me directly and you can tell they actually care about the game and the community.

It’s still early access, but what’s here already is solid and it feels like it’s only going to get better with updates. If you’re into chill farming or idle games, this one’s definitely worth playing.

I joined the discord to ask for help on why I wasn't getting eggs from my chickens (you need animal tiles FYI) and all I got was a sarcastic answer from the dev as if I should have known everything to begin with and then his excuse was that he only got 2 hours of sleep since the latest release. This is not how I think I should have been treated or anyone else who has questions about the game. And expecting us to read his mind on the type of development he wants for his game is crazy. He even admitted it needs to be polished but then when I tried to tell him what was confusing me and might confuse others, that's when he gave the lack of sleep excuse.

I'm not saying this game is bad AT ALL, I do actually like it now that someone else in the server assisted me without the attitude. With that being said, I will not tell other's to play this if the dev is acting like an entitled bully.

Updates pretty frequently. Very good flow maybe a little slow but everything works good and they fix bugs very quickly

I've been looking for a game for a while that could check off two specific criteria:
1. Something somewhat idle that I could leave on in the background of a stream on my long streaming days
2. Not TOO idle/automatic that I would get bored if I wanted to run around and play the game for awhile

This game gets both of those things *perfect*. Plus it's a FARMING game with graphics reminiscent of Zelda: Link to the Past? SIGN ME UP!

I had a fantastic time playing this game for seven hours during a stream where I was supposed to be getting art done. Not only was I totally sucked in, but so was chat! The pacing of this game is perfect for the way I'm playing it, and there are different modes to try out later on. There is still so much to do next time I spend the day with it on in the background! My favorite feature so far is getting decorations from the Royal Envoy quests.

Can't wait to see what future updates bring to MR FARMBOY!
