Regarding Post Launch Game Crash

There are reports of game crash/system shutdown right after the KLL logo is shown.

This seems to be happening because of the shader compilation process.

If you are experiencing this symptom, please try switching to the version that skips this step.

(Please note that you may experience performance issue while playing this version)

-How to switch versions.

Right click on 'Letters of Bernard Thorne' from the Steam library and click 'Properties'
Click 'Beta' and then 'none'
Select 'noshadercompile' from the drop down menu
The new version will install automatically

Achievement 'Mementos of Bernard Thorne' Removed.

There seems to be a bug that prevents some players from obtaining the achievement 'Mementos of Bernard Thorne' even after collecting all readable items.

The achievement has been removed from Steam for now.
