With certain people, after you talked the whole conversion with them you can start it again, without an option to exit, so you need to go through the whole conversation again.
Two cases that I remember:
1. The couple at the theatre.
2. The guys with the tattoos at the bar.

It's not that big of a problem really, you can simply click the dialog options quickly and get over with it, but I think that it shouldn't be like that and should be fixed.
