Some have you (including mysetlf) are having issues connecting to the server. As you all probably know, Minecraft.net is being relocated to a better faster server. If you are finally able to log-in to Minecraft, you still have to pass another check to the Minecraft.net servers, this is where you are getting hung up. Hopefully the servers will be transfered soon.

Server is up and seems to be working. Sorry for the delay. I thought hmod would work but it apparently does not.

The server is up and running. Thank Haz for getting the combination map together as soon as possible. We will have to make a quick change to the map shortly to fix a piece of map that was missed but that shouldn't be a problem because the server has only been up for an hour and a half.

Also, in an effort to make more frequent back ups. I will be taking the server down at least once a day. I'd like for it to be called 'Scheduled Maintenance' but my schedule is rarely the same in the evenings. So, just for future reference, the server will be taken down once a day for map back up and I will try my best to do it around the same window of time in the evening.

Due to the issue with chunks resetting themselves on the map, the server will be down for a lengthy period. I will take the server down around Midnight tonight. It will stay down until Haz and I finish combining Saturday's map with our current one. I take full responsibility for not having a reliable back up and I feel that this is the fairest way to fix our current map issues. I cannot give you a good estimate on how long the server will be down, but I do hope it will not take long.

I am deleting some old Minecraft files from the server to make room for the more frequent back ups I will be doing. The server should only be down for another 20-25 minutes.
