I have a question, is there only a few people who can start discussions, or is anyone allowed?

Im sorry, Mythanix but you've completely misunderstood my reply to your post and I hope you don't turn your back on the entire server based on a misunderstanding.

Me - I had already said previously "This page is meant to be a medium to deliver important information to the server including the information you just posted." This is me stating you did a good job by reporting this so people will be on the lookout for these situations.

Me - Yes you are confused, Mythanix. I created this page for Server Wide Announcments that affect everyone. Not Threads Introducing ourselves to the server. This isn't meant to be a place for Tribes to introduce themselves at best and at worst SPAM Recruitment Ads.

If there are people on the server that want to get to know a particular tribe that is what steam chat is for. It's a nice Idea, Mythanix but, I dont feel personally it's I will be doing. This page has a lot of freedom in it though. So if you want to Click on the "Discussions" tab at the top of the page and start your own discussion and open that can of potential worms then you are free to do so.

- Also I dont see a point in making a discussion about my own tribe. People can just talk to me if they want to know any thing :D so I won't be making that "Thread", but like i said before your welcome to do so if you want to put your tribe out there.

In closing, I want you to know that everyone here appreciates your diligence in making your inital post about "Brian of the Sharp Tribe". And not to feel discouraged by a simple misunderstanding. Communication is key.

If you feel that the reply you receive seems strange then please chat with me or whoever replied to you. No one is going to get mad at you for asking a question or confirming that you understand something the way you are reading it.

Im sorry, Mythanix im afraid you have confused the purpose of this page. Notification is great and all but I only admin this page because i was the one who created it. but if you would like to talk to me more then heck, send me a few messages and we'll discuss things. I guess what I am trying to say is this isnt a page owned by anyone. Especially not me nor my tribemates. This page is meant to be a medium to deliver important information to the server including the information you just posted. (Thanks btw, I am sure everyone will be better prepared when dealing with those ppl now.)

Caught Brian of the Sharp Tribe (lvl 36) trying to chop into a storage chest outside my base I have for pick up and deliveries. Funny thing is I saw him and he ran off and then still came back. Ran him off and told him not to come back. Checked on my neighbors shortly after and found Slathendar's (new guy) thatch hut broken into. Heads up :) And made me trade for Xplant seeds ... which i am on the fence about. I like that Thulsa, Prom, Hobo, and all the tribes I have made friends with can stop in or use my base for a rest stop on the west coast.

Also Roman would you start a Tribe thread, state your members, what you are about, that kinda thing.

Update: multiple tribes are being targeted. By the same people who were dropping dinos on us. No one knows who it is atm. They are doing this while everyone is offline. Any news or updates to this situation should be posted here for notification and tracking purposes. Include screenshot of incidents. And consider reinforced base defenses. Plant species x should be able to handle most dinos that can be carried by flyers. It is encouraged to start putting together a unified effort to supply each tribe with proper defenses. This could be structures or traps, or even AA turrets. As always standing together will resolve the issue sooner or negate it entirely.

Welcome, folks! Try to share this new group to all those on our server. As the creator of this group I'll have a lot of control over administration but, I will be promoting the leaders of the alpha tribe to "officers"/"moderators" until such a time they no longer have the responsibility (I.E. Alpha of the server), at which time those individuals will be demoted in favor of the new leaders of the supposed new alpha tribe.

I look forward to seeing this group grow. And I feel it can be done if everyone gets this group out to the masses. This group is a tool. Making information easier to pass on to all others. No more rumor this, or someone said that. This is now the vehicle to clear communication to the public body of Official Server 301.
