well at least they say its out but might not be out for asia yet so im not too sure D:

if im not wrong u can do it by going to control panel, then region and language then click on the location tab and change your country to japan, it should change ur flag in SSF4AE to japan if im not wrong give it a try and type your results on the comment section. I cant do it because my live id is blocked right now...........

The game will be available as a standalone product at retailers across Europe on June 24 and North America on June 28, for Xbox 360 and PS3. The PC version will launch for PC on July 5th (North America) and July 8th (Europe).
