If you reported him to Valve, it most probably won't be noticed anywhere soon. I'd write on steamrep forums (with proof of course). Also I've seen common Bill's hat being around 58k on tf2wh.com but it disappeared just a moment ago, it must be out of stock.

Common, reported like 9000 times, wich of course Valve getting lazy. He has other contacts going name mostly by Zabo and other Aro. These are his TF2 freaks wich sell items for games.
