I got it working. To make the lobby on the server, you need to open the console (press ~) then type: sv_search_key destiny

Then go to Play Campaign -> With Friends -> Create Lobby, when you start the dedicated game, it'll join the server.

Only the person who creates the game needs to do the console/sv_search_key thing.

Chro has graciously set up a server for this group to use when we want to play Left 4 Dead. As of this writing, Chro is still playing the settings to see just what exactly can be done with it. All group members should see a Destiny Knights Steam group server on the L4D main menu screen.
