Please look at the Highlander rules page on etf2l.org , as well as match procedures (ie. having to record demos during games, etc.) and get familiar with the scheduled maps. (week 1 is upward/gravelpit i believe) Oh, and play a little tf2 to warm up!
On a sad/happy note, I won't be able to join in for the midweek practice because I was just told that I can make some money if I'm traveling tomorrow evening. I may be able to get onto Steam, but I definitely will not be able to actually play TF2 on the machine I'd be on.
I'll try to gather up everyone and have them respond as well.
Note some of the required actions for games, such as recording demos (has to be done by ALL players)
Also, read the highlander rules (section 2 - Community Highlander Challenge) here: http://etf2l.org/rules/highlander-rules/
Note the map schedule! Gravelpit and Upward are the first two maps to be played.
PLEASE, please check the steam group page (yes, this one) regularly. We will have notifications and practice match announcements.
It will make our lives much easier if everyone checks up for announcements, rather than having someone send out reddit PMs to everyone and stalking everyone on the steam group to see if they come online. :)
