Calm down Valkyrie, this has all been blown way out of proportion. But besaids is not a hacker, I watched the demo of the gravel pit match, everything he did was legit, i'm experienced is spotting the difference between a hacker and a great shot. But because you guys seemed so sure, I allso sent to demo of for some people at -9m- to look at it, and they said the same thing. As for the spawn camping, I did not object to wolfie wanting to end it, to save the server population. But kicking people is certainly not they way to save the server population. Team scrable, slay the other team, ect, would have been a much more sensible approach.

plus i didnt play tf2 to get spawn camped and die before i leave the spawn room then flammed and exspect to shrug it off

ok seriuosly wtf is up with this ♥♥♥♥ the server is full of ♥♥♥♥♥ and all we do now is ban them so they get unbanned and allowed back unless some one goes and ban these ♥♥♥♥♥ once and for all ♥♥♥♥ the server for all i care its not fun any more and its just not interesting

Adam, as I mentioned in the 'Tourney - Funk vs Bear Badlands' thread, I can probably arrange a private server we can use for events. I'l need to be around to stop and start it manually, though.

I agree, sorry about that, but I was annoyed that we had taken the time to sort it all out..

Adam, while I appreciate it was decided to ban certain weapons (not my personal preference but not my call) I don't think the game was unbalanced, at least in that respect. While I dislike having my head brutally removed as much as anyone else, I think you should go easy on Valkyrie. After all the point is just to have some fun. Just saying.

A quick roundup on the funk v bear match. Team bear won the game, although both teams were a man down. One major comment is that any player who does not adhere to the restricted weapons that were told to everyone (Valkyrie) will be sacntioned. They are set up for a reason, If you want it explained to you I am quite happy to do so. Rant over.

All the players involved played very well, the lack of a sticky demo and in the end a demo cost red the game as they couldn't defend the points and set traps. There was a fierce scout battle between Cap'n JABBA and Ociee and due to the lack of a second scout the demo's were picked quite often. Up until the final round both teams fielded the cookie cutter setup when in the final round in an unorthadox move red's demo went pyro.

I'm sorry to hear that Valkyrie, the only reason we are using tf2lobby is because Funky Bear Pie doesn't have its own server and probably won't ever have one.

So what are the classes that can be used in the Tourney? Can we pick what we want or is it just particular classes?

@Vanilla Bear That sounds like a good idea. I suggest that each admin is responsible for contacting the members of the group which they wish to be in their team.

People could also volunteer if they would like to play. A few people have already including Rasta, Bullszeye, Ignis Solus and Wolfie.

We still need to set up a time for it to take place. I would like to suggest the 12th - 22nd of February.

Also I have had some people ask how and where the matches will be played. I suggest that they should be held in the tf2lobby.com as they have over 40 quality servers to use.
