Updated some of the server code to make some architecture changes and some changes to the way missions are handled.

This gives me the option to give coins as quest rewards and a few other things.

Some minor time and counting constants we also changed.

You should also find it easier to get meditation and prayer skill aswell as pray and meditate more times per day.
